Famous Buffalo Style
Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds of wings trimmed and separated Buffalo style, 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, 4 1/2 tablespoons Durkee Red Hot sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar (optional), oil for deep-frying
Brush both sides of wings with vegetable oil and place on broiling rack. Broil 15 to 20 minute or until nicely crisped.
Meanwhile melt 1/4 cup butter, 4 1/2 tablespoons Durkee Red Hot, and 2 tablespoons red wine vingegar in a large saucepan.
Add wing to saucepan and immediately toss them in the sauce. Transfer to a platter and swerve.
